The RTI instructor will research, curate, and coordinate Response to Intervention programs across the school. Support and monitor school's implementation of Response to Intervention (RTI) model for increasing student achievement.
Valid teaching license and is eligible for Tennessee licensure
At least 3 years of successful teaching experience preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution; Master's degree preferred
Deep understanding of both genereal education and RTI education
Ability to operate across all levels within the organization including students, staff and Admin
Ability to build trust and drive change by forming good relationships with the staff, Admin, state and district representatives.
Self-starter who sets high goals, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and can handle multiple projects at once
